Our macarons are completely gluten free and vegan! We have achieved this by replacing the egg whites with Aquafaba. "What is Aquafaba?" we hear you ask. It is the water from canned chickpeas which has been reduced down to resemble egg whites (and don't worry, it is completely flavourless).

Our macarons have been inspired by the health benefits of the ingredients, and the flavour combinations are to die for! They are a light and elegant snack, a perfect pairing to your 11 o'clock cuppa, or afterlunch cuppa, or afternoon cuppa, or "let's have one more cuppa before we go home" cuppa.

But we don't just want to look after you, we want to look after our planet too. Which is why all of our packaging is recyclable and comes from sustainable sources.
